Deep Learning Algorithm Engineer


About the Company & Job

neuRay Labs is an innovative company in the worlds of AI and sensor fusion, especially of radar & electro-optics sensors. Our goal is to revolutionize radar signal processing schemes in AI by leveraging visual information in order to obtain never seen before performance.

As an algorithm engineer, you will work with other professionals like yourself to solve challenging problems and realize novel idea into products that meets user’s needs. The ideal candidate would be up to date with state-of-the-art research and able to devise further improvements while being a hands-on engineer with extraordinary coding skills.

What You'll Do

· Image, video and radar processing algorithm research and development from the initial stages of research and through all stages of product development.

· Develop algorithms for perception, spatial understanding, and autonomous decision-making capabilities using deep neural networks and classical computer-vision and radar algorithms.

· Complete system engineering for specific needs, Integrating many algorithms together, and end-to-end performance optimization.

Requirements

· MSc/PhD Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Mathematics/ Physics or similar.

· 2 years of experience in hands-on research and development of Deep Learning algorithms for computer vision or radar signals.

· Proven experience with Python and AI & CV libraries such as pytorch, tensorflow, opencv, scikit-learn.

· Proven experience building ML/DL solutions in production.

· Proactive, can-do attitude and self-management skills.

· Excellent verbal communication skills, problem solving skills and attention to details.

Advantages

· Experience with deploying Deep Learning algorithms on edge devices, for example using NVIDIA TensorRT or other deep learning inference optimization libraries.

· Practical experience using C++ or MATLAB.

· Experience with cloud providers (e.g. AWS, gcloud, Azure).

Embedded/Radar DSP Engineer

About the Company & Job

neuRay Labs is an innovative company in the worlds of AI and sensor fusion, especially of radar & electro-optics sensors. Our goal is to revolutionize radar signal processing schemes in AI by leveraging visual information in order to obtain never seen before performance.

As an Embedded/Radar dsp Engineer, you will develop software for embedded products which involves interfacing and communicating with various microcontrollers, sensors, and external devices. The ideal candidate would be fully proficient with the life cycle (SDLC) of developing embedded products.

What You'll Do

· Plan, design & develop software for various radar based embedded products.

· Implement and optimize various DSP algorithms for radar sensors.

· Devise and implement communication protocols between our embedded. products and external devices.

· Cooperate with the AI group to integrate Deep Learning algorithms within embedded products.

Requirements

· B.Sc. in Computer Science or another relevant scientific degree.

· 5+ years of experience of Embedded Software development (C/C++)

· Experience with radar systems and DSP.

· Experience with ARM architecture, system peripherals and low-level hardware protocols.

· Experience with embedded software development in RTOS environment for ARM processors.

· Knowledge of networking and communication protocols.

· Experience with performance / limited memory sensitive programming.

· Experience working in Linux environments.

· Proactive, can-do attitude and self-management skills.

· Excellent verbal communication skills, problem solving skills and attention to details.

Advantages

· Experience with Python.

· Good familiarity with FreeRTOS / TI-RTOS.

· Familiarity with Machine Learning / Deep Learning / Computer Vision.

Business Development Manager

About the Company & Job

neuRay Labs is an innovative company in the worlds of AI and sensor fusion, especially of radar & electro-optics sensors. Our goal is to revolutionize radar signal processing schemes in AI by leveraging visual information in order to obtain never seen before performance.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage in the entire consultative sales & business development process: identify and qualify leads, respond to inbound leads, find introductions and/or cold email/call potential customers, send quotes, convert them to customers, and expand relationships with existing customers

  • Help get reference design wins that create a deep future pipeline of sales

  • Nurture existing customers and increase their sensor purchases quarter over quarter

  • Pass out of scope leads to our global channel partners

  • Keep our CRM updated and report as needed to the rest of the team

  • Attend trade shows to engage with potential and existing customers

  • Manage existing customer relationships, including answering customer questions of technical or non-technical nature to ensure successful sensor deployments.

  • Be capable of operating under a variety of sales engagement styles, from rapidly converting small customers, engaging to long lead time, high value enterprise customers in a consultative sales process for thousands of sensors in sales.

  • Scope, engage, and close strategic ecosystem partnerships and other business development deals that accelerate business potential

Never gives the answer “you’ll need to talk to the technical team for that” more than once for a topic. Becomes a technical expert on any relevant area needed, and able to proficiently describe technical concepts to external parties. Technical training/education not required, but insatiable curiosity is.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an engineering field.

  • 2-12 years of sales and/or business development experience.
